1. These rules apply to all competitions, prize draws, promotions, giveaways and suchlike that are promoted on and run through our website or social media channels. 
2. To enter a competition you must enter as directed on our website or social media channels.
3. Our competitions are free to enter (no purchase required, unless otherwise stated).
4. Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any other party as long as you register on our website. By registering on our website you are providing your information to Blencci the parent company of Navkkar Jewellers and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

Highlights: 

Must quarantine for 14 days before visiting the Studio. Blencci on its own discretion may ask for a medical certificate before the visit.

Only the winner’s expenses for food, travel and stay will be taken care of by Blencci.

All fees paid to Blencci are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE. Once your entrance fee has been paid, you are able to drop out at any time but you WILL NOT receive a refund.

Once the payment is made you will be issued a contestant code. you must participate with the contestant code on your posts on social media while participating in the #VibrantShe contest.

Rules

1. Be kind and Courteous: we are all equals and want to create a welcoming environment for all the contestants. It is important that we treat everyone with respect. Health debates are natural but lets not forget to be kind to each other
2. No promotions or Spamming: Let’s ensure that irrelevant links, self promotion, or any other kind of Spam will lead to disqualification
3. No hate speech or Bullying: Lets respect everyone and ensure that everyone feels safe; bullying of any kind isn’t allowed; degrading comments about race, religion, culture, gender, sexual orientation, or identity will not be tolerated.
4. Respect Privacy: Boeing a part of this group is about mutual respect and trust. Authentic remarks, expressive discussions and motivational comments make a great group; the same may come with access to private and sensitive information. What’s shared in the group must remain within the group.
5. Discretion: All decisions are at the discretion of admins and Mods
6. Support from Admin/Moderator/Navkkar Jewellers Team: Anyone is welcome to post or comment but approval is at the sole discretion of admins and mods. Do not post nonsense or out of context stuff.
7. Refunds: All contest partici[pation is free of cost except when a registration cost is required and is expressly mentioned. All the terms and conditions will be mentioned specifically for such a contest. Normally a due date will be provided before which the refunds will be entertained. 
8. Registration charges will remain non-refundable after the due date. Prizes are non transferable and no exchanges will be entertained.
9. Multiple registrations will disqualify you immediately.
10. Winner must be willing to travel for a photo shoot within 30 days of notification; No response will lead to disqualification.
11. Judges’ decisions will be final and non refutable.

Note: Ask the person to submit a form with basic questions like if they have been sick/ bad throat and feverish or if they are aware of any COVID19 patient whom they were in touch with in the last 15 days. Quarantine them before calling here.
